Syngonium Podophyllum ‘Trileaf Wonder’

Syngonium podophyllum ‘Trileaf Wonder’ is a unique and rarely sold variety with very decorative, large leaves in a uniform, subdued, green color. They have a deep, dark green color and a sophisticated shape. Characteristic for this plant are two very deep indentations in the leaf, reaching the base, resulting in the formation of three single, lanceolate leaves. The middle leaf is the largest, and the two smaller leaves on both sides of the posture resemble small wings and create an excellent setting for a stately center. Single leaflets have a clearly marked main vein and curved veins at the edge of the leaf blade, forming a grooved margin. Contrary to other twigs, the leaves of which divide only at a later stage of growth, the ‘Trileaf Wonder’ variety delights from the very beginning with its triple leaves. Syngonium is naturally a climbing plant, but the ‘Trileaf Wonder’ variety forms a compact and densely leafed clump. The leaves are set on long petioles, which initially create a clumpy shape. In the event of elongation and excessive stretching of the shoots, the plant should be trimmed a little.
