Syngonium ‘White Butterfly’
In its natural environment, it inhabits the tropical forests of Central America and the northern regions of South America. The variety “White Butterfly” is one of the most popular varieties. Its single, sagittal, long-tailed leaves grow up to 30 centimeters, and the entire clump can grow up to 1.5 meters in size after years. Syngonium is a creeper, so growth can be freely regulated by trimming the longest shoots to form a clump, running along various supports or leaving it hanging down. The decoration of the Syngonium are mainly leaves, which in an attractive shape resemble the wings of a butterfly. A distinct white nerve passes through the center of the leaf blade, which away from the center turns into a composition of spots in various shades of green. The leaf rim is finished with a dark shade of green, which makes ‘White Butterfly’ distinguishable from other Syngonium varieties. This eye-catching plant will make any interior look more attractive and give it a tropical charm.
