Complaints

  • In exchange for a sick or damaged plant, a new one will be sent back at the seller’s expense, provided that it is available immediately. In the absence of the advertised species, the money will be refunded or the buyer has the right to choose another product from the current store offer, for the equivalent of the advertised product.

  • According to the law, every customer has the right to resign from the purchase and the right to return the goods within 14 days of receiving the shipment (it is enough to inform us about the return without giving any reason), then the money for the goods will be refunded.
  • The returned goods must be intact, unused, undamaged and properly packed.
