Hoya Clemensiorum SUMATRA

Hoya clemensiorum ‘Sumatra’ is a rare and prized species of hoya, native to the forests of Sumatra and other parts of Southeast Asia. This plant is distinguished by its unique leaf shape and showy flowers. The leaves of Hoya clemensiorum ‘Sumatra’ are small, oval to lanceolate, deep green, often with visible veins that give them texture. The flowers of this plant are one of its most unusual features. They form umbels of star-shaped, waxy flowers, which are usually white or cream with a central pink or red corolla, giving off a pleasant scent. This plant prefers bright, diffused light and well-drained soil. It should be watered when the topsoil is dry to the touch, avoiding overwatering. Hoya clemensiorum ‘Sumatra’ grows best in high humidity conditions, reflecting its natural tropical environment.
