Philodendron Brandtianum is a tropical vine from South America that can grow up to 1.5 m in height indoors. Its greatest pride are beautiful, decorative heart-shaped leaves with a motley color. The average leaf length is 10 – 17 cm, but mature leaves in older specimens can reach up to 30 cm in length. They delight with a beautiful, silvery-olive color. The olive green leaf is covered in a large percentage with silver spots, only in the vicinity of the veins and at the edges there is an olive green in the form of irregular stripes. Young developing leaves take on copper shades, but with time they turn green and become intensely silver. Philodendron Brandtianum looks the most beautiful when grown at supports, then its leaves are larger and tiled beautifully to the light, presenting its attractive color in all its splendor. It will also work great when grown in hanging containers. .
