Philodendron Burle Marx Variegata

Philodendron ‘Burle Marx’ Variegata is a bicolor, unique version of the green-leafed variety. It has a climbing shape and delights with exceptionally decorative yellow-green, spotted and variegated leaves. Each leaf is unique and decorated with irregular spots in many shades of green and yellow. The heart-shaped leaves are strongly elongated, set on short petioles and arranged vertically, creating an almost tight green-yellow wall. The leaf blade impresses with its shine and visibly thickened and lighter main vein, which holds the large surface of the leaf like a strong spine. The climbing habit and unique arrangement of leaves make Philodendron ‘Burle Marx’ Variegata a perfect plant for greening vertical surfaces, creating the impression of a vertical, green-yellow wall.

Cultivation:

Philodendron is an undemanding plant and easy to grow. It prefers a slightly shaded position with indirect sunlight. The best temperature for it will be between 18 and 25 degrees Celsius. Avoid drafts and keep the soil constantly moist. A suitable substrate is a universal substrate. Philodendrons prefer high air humidity, around 70%. It is worth feeding the plant with fertilizer for green plants once every two weeks from spring to autumn.

The plant is sold in a pot with a diameter of 15 cm. Plant height measured with the pot is approx. 35-40 cm.
