Its beautiful, egg-shaped leaves have a velvety texture and eye-catching colors. They regularly form a compact clump with short shoots. The underside of the leaves is purple, while the outside is multi-colored. The dark green of the surface of the leaves is intertwined with the bright one, and bright orange, contrasting arched patterns run along the main nerves. Requirements and care for arrowroot
Maranta leuconeura likes bright places, but not directly sunny. The substrate should be slightly moist, fertile, well-drained and slightly acidic. Water the plant with lukewarm, boiled and distilled water. Maranta likes high humidity, so if we have dry air in the apartment, it is worth systematically spraying it. Maranta hates drafts or too wet, flooded ground. Feels best in the kitchen or bathroom, where the humidity is higher.
The plant is sold in a pot with a diameter of 7 cm. Plant height measured with the pot is approx. 15-20 cm.
